We're Sea Lanes – a bold, community-led leisure hospitality business that's all about open water swimming and creating incredible experiences! Since opening our first site in Brighton in June 2023, we've been making serious waves on the seafront, and we're just getting started.

With our second site opening late 2025 and a third scheduled for summer 2026, we’re growing fast and we need a talented Marketing Manager to help steer our exciting journey. Strategic planning

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy with tailored approaches for our individual sites
• Manage and optimise marketing campaigns across relevant digital channels to drive awareness, engagement and conversion
• Plan and oversee traditional marketing initiatives including print, outdoor advertising, events, and local partnerships.

Drive Engagement

• Champion brand consistency in all materials and communications
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment
• Create compelling content that appeals to our target audiences.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance
• Lead market research activities to identify trends and opportunities.

Build Relationships

• Lead and motivate the marketing team, creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
• Support onsite events ensuring effective promotion and smooth execution
• Coordinate with the operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing-led activities on site

About You...

More than anything, we're looking for a marketing professional who brings energy and excellence to everything they do:

Your Expertise Shines

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, leisure, wellness, or destination brands
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver successful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth

Your Skills Impress

• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
• Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills
• Excellent project management abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners

Your Style Inspires

• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, both independently and collaboratively
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for outdoor and community-focused brands
• Willingness to travel regularly between sites in London, Brighton, and Portsmouth
